SUMMARY
The Senior Account Manager within the Léger DGTL team holds a strategic position at the core of our client relationships. This individual is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performing and innovative digital strategies that align with business objectives.
This role requires analyzing client needs, identifying digital opportunities, and designing tailored solutions. The Senior Account Manager also works closely with our research teams and is an expert in integrating consumer insights and marketing research into digital campaigns.
To succeed as a Senior Account Manager, one must combine expertise in digital transformation, strategic analysis, client relationship management, and leadership, while staying agile and aware of emerging technology trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily management of client relationships and client accounts
- Active participation in the strategic and creative development of projects
- Initiating, briefing, and following up on projects and deliverables
- Supporting the analysis and communication of campaign results
- Close collaboration with various agency teams
- Projections, tight budget management and tracking
- Developing new services in collaboration with other teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or any related field
- Strong knowledge of social platforms, digital content, and media performance
- Experience in project management and account management/coordination
- Bilingual in written and spoken French and English
